Every service follows a clear, insurance-ready process, from the documents you send us to the estimate or payment you get back. Here is exactly how each one works.

- Front passenger-side corner
- Rear driver-side corner

- Missed repair operations
- Overlooked labor allowances
- Necessary R&I procedures
- Conventional repair requirements
- OEM-recommended operations

Step 3: Estimate optimization

Step 4: Quality assurance
A final review verifies accuracy, completeness, and consistency, so your estimate is professional and ready for submission.
Step 5: Receive your optimized estimate
You get a fully optimized estimate ready for the insurance carrier, or it can move straight into our Claims Management or Complete Claims Concierge service.
Estimate Scrub + Submit
Everything included in the Estimate Scrub, plus we submit the completed estimate directly to the insurance carrier for you, follow up with the adjuster, and keep the claim moving through the approval process.
Claims Management
A true end-to-end claims solution built for PDR shops. Once your claim is submitted, our team takes ownership of the entire insurance process, from estimate development and submission to adjuster negotiations, supplement management, and payment coordination, so your team can stay focused on repairing vehicles.
Step 1: Submit your claim documentation
Every claim starts with complete, accurate documentation: your scope sheet or Mobile Tech RX report, any existing estimate, and vehicle documentation (VIN, mileage, license plate, four corners, roof, and professional damage photos).
Step 2: Estimate creation and optimization
Our estimators prepare or review your estimate in CCC ONE, identifying every missed operation, labor allowance, R&I procedure, OEM requirement, and legitimate supplement opportunity.
Step 3: Insurance submission
We prepare a complete submission package with all supporting documentation and submit it to the carrier. If the carrier requires a claims portal, your shop provides the login so our team can manage the submission.
Step 4: Claims management and adjuster communication
Acting as your claims department, we communicate with adjusters, answer documentation requests, negotiate legitimate operations, and keep the claim moving.
Step 5: Supplement management
If additional damage or operations are found during the repair, we prepare, document, and submit supplements and work with the carrier for approval.
Step 6: Payment coordination
Once approvals are finalized, we monitor the claim through payment and help resolve any outstanding claim issues.
Physical Inspection & Claim Management
For shops that want a professional on-site inspection without managing the documentation. We inspect the vehicle, document the damage with specialized PDR lighting, prepare the scope sheet, and manage the insurance process from inspection to payment. Available in select markets.
Step 1: On-site vehicle inspection
Our team performs a comprehensive on-site inspection, documenting the damage and collecting everything needed to build the repair scope.
Step 2: Scope sheet preparation
We prepare a detailed scope sheet with accurate dent counts, panel mapping, repair requirements, and supporting documentation.
Step 3: Estimate creation and optimization
We prepare your estimate in CCC ONE, identifying every legitimate repair operation, labor allowance, and supplement opportunity.
Step 4: Insurance submission
We prepare and submit a complete package to the carrier. If a claims portal is required, your shop provides the login so our team can manage submissions.
Step 5: Claims management and adjuster communication
We communicate directly with adjusters, respond to requests, and negotiate legitimate repair operations on your behalf.
Step 6: Supplement management
We prepare and submit supplements for any additional damage found during the repair and work with the carrier for approval.
Step 7: Payment coordination
We monitor the claim through payment and help resolve any outstanding issues.
Audit / Supplement Scrub
For claims that have already gone through our Estimate Scrub. As repairs progress, additional operations and hidden damage often surface. We identify, document, and recover every legitimate reimbursement opportunity before the claim is finalized. Prerequisite: an Estimate Scrub must be completed first.
Step 1: Repair progress review
As repairs progress, your technician identifies additional damage or operations, and our team reviews the updated repair information.
Step 2: Supplement audit and development
Using the original estimate and the newly documented damage, our estimators perform a comprehensive supplement audit in CCC ONE.
Step 3: Supplement documentation
We prepare a professional supplement package with the updated estimate, supporting photographs, and detailed operation justifications.
Step 4: Insurance submission and negotiation
We submit the supplement to the carrier and manage the review, working directly with adjusters to justify and secure approval.
Step 5: Approval and recovery
Once approved, we monitor the claim to ensure approved operations are reflected in the insurance payment.
