This policy explains what personal information PDR Estimating Solutions collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal shorthand.
Who we are

What we collect
- Account information. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and login credentials.
- Order information. The services you buy, when you bought them, and your billing details.
- Vehicle and claim information. Photographs you upload, VIN and vehicle details, damage descriptions, insurer and claim references, and any supporting documents you send us.
- Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form, through your account, or by email.
- Technical information. Basic details your browser provides, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and server logs.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card details are entered into Square’s payment fields and handled by Square directly.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account and let you log in.
- To deliver the service you purchased, including preparing estimates and, where that is part of the service, submitting them to an insurer and following up.
- To take payment and issue receipts.
- To contact you about your orders, and to answer your questions.
- To keep the service secure and to detect misuse or fraud.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our work, using information that does not identify you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to run the business, and only with parties who are bound to protect it.
- Insurers and their representatives, where submitting or negotiating a claim is part of the service you bought.
- Square, our payment processor, to take and manage payments.
- Our hosting and email providers, who store the site and deliver our messages.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, where required.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, to remember what is in your cart, and to understand in general terms how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, including checkout and the client portal, will not work properly without them.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Vehicle photographs and claim material are kept for the period needed to complete and support the claim, including any later supplement or audit. If you want your information removed sooner, contact us and we will tell you what we are able to delete and what we are required to keep.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, accounts are password protected, and access to customer material is limited to people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can opt out of non essential email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including in California. To make any of these requests, email Estimates@PDREstimatingSolutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
