How does this work?
Send us a few photos and your existing repair scope, estimate, or damage info, and we translate it into a professional CCC ONE® estimate. We review your repair plan so every applicable standard operation, labor time, and procedure is included, a complete, accurate, insurance-ready estimate that saves you time and helps maximize repair accuracy.
What photos do I need to submit?
To prepare a complete CCC ONE® estimate we ask for 8 clear photos of the vehicle:
- Scan of VIN barcode (preferred) or picture of VIN
- Odometer showing current mileage
- Photo of the license plate
- Front driver-side corner
- Front passenger-side corner
- Rear driver-side corner
- Rear passenger-side corner
- Roof of the vehicle
How long does it take to receive my estimate?
Every estimate is delivered within 24 hours of receiving everything we need to complete the review and scrub. Need it sooner? Let us know, for occasional expedited requests we do everything we can to accommodate your timeline, at no additional charge.
How does this benefit my business?
Our team brings more than 50 years of combined experience across the automotive repair industry, paintless dent repair, collision repair, body shop estimating, insurance claims, appraising, and adjusting. Because we have worked both the repair and insurance sides, we help you capture every legitimate operation, reduce missed opportunities, and maximize the profitability of every repair.
What is your approach to estimate scrubs?
Accuracy over exaggeration. We translate the dent counts and damage you provide into a complete, professional CCC ONE estimate. We do not inflate dent counts or add damage that isn’t there, our focus is identifying every legitimate operation, procedure, and line item you’re entitled to be paid for, so you can confidently stand behind the estimate.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is simple, transparent, and priced per estimate. No monthly subscriptions, long-term contracts, or large prepaid packages, you pay only for the services you actually need, when you need them. No hidden fees and no surprises.
Do I have to purchase a package?
No. There are no required packages, monthly subscriptions, or long-term contracts. Whether you need a single Estimate Scrub, a Supplement Scrub, or ongoing support, you order exactly what you need, when you need it.
What information do you need from me?
Once you create an account you’ll enter your business information one time, business name, contact information, billing information, preferred estimate details, and any company-specific requirements. After that, submitting future estimates is fast, because your details are securely saved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely process all payments through Square. We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Cash App Pay
Can I request an expedited estimate?
Yes. If you have a time-sensitive estimate, note your request in the Notes section when you submit your order through the customer portal. We do our best to accommodate rush requests at no additional charge whenever our workload allows.
How does the Estimate Scrub process work?
Place your order, then upload your repair scope or dent count, files from estimating software such as MTRX, the required vehicle photos, and any additional notes. Our estimators build and review your CCC ONE estimate, evaluating the damage and applying all applicable standard operations, labor times, and procedures. You track it through the client portal, and your finished estimate is available to download when complete.
What does an Estimate Scrub include?
Every Estimate Scrub includes a comprehensive CCC ONE® estimate prepared by our team:
- A professionally written CCC ONE® estimate
- All applicable standard operations and labor procedures
- OEM-related repair considerations, when applicable
- Detailed line notes and supporting documentation
- A thorough review to identify legitimate missed opportunities
- An insurance-ready estimate that’s accurate and easy to present
How accurate are your Estimate Scrubs?
Accuracy is the foundation of everything we do. With 50+ years of combined experience, every scrub is carefully reviewed so all applicable operations and legitimate line items are included, we don’t inflate, we produce defensible estimates. Based on our experience, our estimate scrubs achieve an 85–90% success rate in identifying and recovering legitimate repair operations. Final payment decisions are always made by the carrier.
Do you inflate dent counts or estimate totals?
Absolutely not. We accurately translate the damage and dent counts you provide while identifying legitimate repair operations that may have been overlooked. Inflated estimates create problems during reinspection and damage credibility, that’s not how we operate. Our goal is simple: to ensure you’re paid for every legitimate repair operation you’re entitled to, nothing more and nothing less.
What types of damage do you estimate?
Hail damage is our primary specialty, but our experience lets us prepare professional estimates for a wide range of vehicle damage:
- Hail damage
- Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
- Collision damage
- Minor impact damage
- Dent and crease repairs
- Multi-panel vehicle damage
How does the Supplement Scrub work?
We take the insurance company’s estimate and perform a comprehensive, line-by-line review to identify legitimate operations, labor, and documentation that may have been overlooked. Some of the items we commonly identify:
- Missing Remove & Install (R&I) operations
- Overlooked blend panels
- Pre- and post-repair scan requirements
- OEM-required repair procedures
- Missed labor operations
- Additional repair-related line items
Why would I need a Supplement Scrub?
Initial insurance estimates are often incomplete, because many operations and hidden damage aren’t visible until the repair begins. A Supplement Scrub helps identify legitimate procedures and operations that may have been missed, additional R&I, blend panels, OEM-required procedures, pre- and post-repair operations, and hidden damage discovered during disassembly. Supplementing isn’t about increasing an estimate; it’s about accurately reflecting the work that needs to be performed.
What documentation is required for a Supplement Scrub?
If we completed your original Estimate Scrub, we simply need your most current insurance estimate; if additional documentation or repair photos are needed, we’ll let you know during the review. If we did not prepare your original estimate, you’ll first purchase an Estimate Scrub along with a Supplement Scrub Add-On so we can build the vehicle correctly, that requires your repair scope or dent count, the current insurance estimate, the required photos, and the VIN and mileage.
Can you help after repairs have already started?
Absolutely, we can assist at any stage of the repair process. We recommend contacting us before repairs begin for the best opportunity to review the estimate up front, but whether the vehicle is awaiting repairs, in disassembly, or well into the process, we’re happy to evaluate your situation. If we can’t add value, we’ll tell you upfront, we’re here to build long-term relationships, not sell you services you don’t need.
Will insurance companies accept your estimate?
Every Estimate Scrub is prepared in CCC ONE® using industry-standard estimating practices, and on completion you receive the CCC ONE AWF file to import directly into your own CCC ONE system for a seamless workflow. While every carrier reviews and makes its own payment decisions, our estimates are accurate, well-documented, and supported by industry-standard procedures.
Do you use CCC ONE®?
Yes, CCC ONE® is the only estimating platform we use to prepare our Estimate Scrubs and Supplement Scrubs. Specializing in a single platform lets us deliver consistent, professional, insurance-ready estimates that follow industry-standard practices, each with an AWF file for easy import into your system.
What standard operations do you look for?
Every repair is unique, but many vehicles require the same standard operations and OEM-recommended procedures, and our job is to ensure they aren’t overlooked. We maintain an ever-growing internal database of repair procedures and standard operations, including:
- Remove & Install (R&I) operations
- Blend panel operations
- Trim and molding removal
- Pre- and post-repair scan requirements
- Corrosion protection procedures
- OEM-required repair procedures
- One-time-use parts and fasteners
Do you follow OEM repair procedures?
Yes. Every estimate is written with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) repair procedures in mind whenever they apply. We believe vehicles should be repaired according to the manufacturer’s published guidelines, and we include supporting documentation when required to justify the repair operations and labor in the estimate.
