These terms govern your use of the PDR Estimating Solutions website and the estimating services you purchase through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who we are
PDR Estimating Solutions is located at 455 Weaver Park Rd, Suite 100C, Longmont, CO 80501. You can reach us at Estimates@PDREstimatingSolutions.com or (970) 408-8356, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Mountain Time. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PDR Estimating Solutions, and “you” means the person or business using the service.
What we provide
We provide paintless dent repair estimating services to PDR shops and related businesses. Services are sold individually, per vehicle or per estimate, and currently include estimate scrubbing, estimate scrubbing with insurer submission, claim management, physical inspection with claim management in select markets, and audit or supplement scrubbing. The services available, their descriptions and their prices are listed on our Services page and may change over time.
Accounts
You need an account to purchase and to receive completed work. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must provide accurate information when you register, and keep it current.
Ordering and payment
- Services are paid for in advance. Work begins once payment has been received.
- Prices are shown on the Services page and are charged in US dollars.
- Card payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Where a service is sold as prepaid units, units are applied to your account and drawn down as you use them.
- Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What you provide to us
Our work depends on the material you give us. You are responsible for making sure that photographs, VIN and vehicle details, damage descriptions, claim information and any supporting documents are accurate, complete and legible, and that you have the right to share them with us. We may ask for better or additional photographs before we can complete a job. We are not responsible for an estimate that is inaccurate because the information supplied to us was inaccurate, incomplete or unclear.
What our service is not
This matters, so please read it carefully.
- We are an estimating service. We are not an insurer, an adjuster acting on your behalf in a legal capacity, a law firm, or a public adjuster.
- Nothing we provide is legal advice or a legal opinion.
- We do not guarantee that any insurer will accept an estimate, approve a supplement, pay a particular amount, or pay within a particular time. Those decisions belong to the insurer.
- An estimate reflects our professional assessment based on the information supplied. It is not a warranty of the condition of a vehicle or of the cost of repair.
- We do not perform the physical repair work.
Turnaround and communication
We work to the turnaround times described for each service, but those are targets rather than guarantees, and they depend on receiving usable information from you. We communicate through your account and by email, so please keep a working email address on file and check your spam folder if you are expecting something from us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes not uploading unlawful, misleading or fraudulent material, not attempting to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours, not interfering with the operation of the site, and not using the service to prepare or support a claim you know to be false. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.
Our materials
The site, its design, our written material and the format of our estimates and reports remain our property. You may use the deliverables we produce for you for your own business and claim purposes. You may not resell, republish or redistribute our materials as your own product.
Your material
You keep ownership of the photographs, documents and information you upload. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of delivering the service you purchased, including submitting them to an insurer where that is part of the service. We may also use anonymised, non identifying information to improve the accuracy and quality of our work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business, loss of a claim, or an insurer’s decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, from information you supplied that was false or misleading, or from your breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms have been breached, where payment has failed or been reversed, or where we are required to do so by law. Work already paid for and in progress will be dealt with under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
